London - Perdana Menteri Inggris Tony Blair mengumumkan resmi berhenti 27 Juni 2007. Blair mengumumkan akhir kariernya itu ditempat kariernya bermula, kota Trimdon, di wilayah Sedgefield, timur laut Inggris.
"Pada 27 Juni, saya akan mengajukan permohonan berhenti sebagai perdana menteri," cetus Blair di hadapan pendukungnya dari Partai Buruh cabang Sedgefield, Inggris, Kamis (10/5/2007).
